KiloEX DEX Hacked, Losses Rise to $7M

KiloEX, a perpetual futures DEX, was hacked through an oracle exploit, with losses initially estimated at over $6M and later rising to $7M. Investigators discovered that an attacker gained control of price oracles, leading to drained liquidity from altered price information. Within the first hour after the hack, it was found that KiloEX suffered from a total vulnerability, allowing anyone to set the price oracle to any value. Chaofan Shou was the first to notice the exploit, and Cyvers Alerts also started tracking it.
